I've successfully added the new DNS, but how do I change the name of the URL?Asked by sourcerie on April 14, 2016 at 03:13 PM
I've successfully added the new DNS, but how do I do step 2, that is, change the name of the jotform URL so that it's http://forms.my-company-domain.com/form/1234567890? Within jotform, "publish" only changes form's name from jotform.com/numbers to jotform.com/form_name.
This is a re-post of a comment on How to use Custom Domains with Jotform
If I understood you correctly you have changed the DNS so that you can access your forms over your own website, but would now like to alter the form name as well so that it is not a number?
If that is true, please do note that doing both is not possible.
So you would only be able to use the forms with the number as so:
Hope this helps.
