We are still getting the overlimit information on our account

    Our view count just reset but we are not able to get to one of our forms.  It still shows that we are over the limit.  We are able to view our other forms.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Have you tried clearing your browsers cache or using another browser? What is the form that is still not shown?

    Yes, we've tried on multiple browsers.

    You've exceeded your Form Views limit. Free account is only limited to 1000 form views per month. If you need more, simply upgrade your account to the next plan. You can also remove the limit without paying by simply adding the Jotform footer to your forms. Here's how complete guide for the form views limit:
