    Why my forms are disabled?

    Hi, I have saved my forms. but once I click on the link, it redirect me to a new page saying the form is disabled. I have tried diabled it and then re enable. still not working. All my forms stopped working

    This is because you are asking for a username on both of your forms, here is the field:

    I had to remove it from your forms in order to activate your account, this is something not allowed in JotForm, you can not ask for username, password, CC information or other sensitive information, otherwise as you already noticed, your forms are disabled and your account is suspended, please take a look to our terms page in order to know what you are allowed to ask using your forms: http://www.jotform.com/terms/
