It is not possible to change your username on the account settings. If you like, we can change your username on our end. Simply give us the username that you would like to have and we would promptly change it for you. You can also give alternative usernames in case your first choice is already taken.

I have already changed your username to MeredithDoughertyPhotography as you requested, do note that if you had created custom URLs for your forms you will need to do it again, this guide will help you to get the custom URL: http://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form.
