How do i view a shared form?

You can view a shared form by going to your My Forms page and clicking on the folder under the "Shared with you" section.

However, I did notice that there are no forms created by the user KariBaynes yet. Once that user has created a form, you will see it appear in your My Forms page under the KariBaynes folder.
