How to allow users to select images on a form?

I want to have a feature that a customer can select multiple images but limited the entire selection to 6 total.

We have it setup like this: http://setupsurvey.agentxsites.com/index.html#worksheet

When you go to the: Choose Images

and select: Use Our Stock Images

(Click on the image above to make selections)

The image it opens a modal window to let the user make the selections. We have it set to limit the user to 6 and gives an alert when more than 6 are selected.

This selection then gets added to the "additional" comments field but we want something better integrated for upgrading images and packs later down the road.

Is there anything built in or widget that will do this?

I have checked the functionality on the webpage that you shared and I found a widget that will allow you to select images and set a max selection as well.

Will not be possible to open a modal as the sample that you shared does, but you will have the images on the same way and your users will be able to click on the image and it will be selected, here is the link to that widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/app/image_picker

This guide will help you to add the widget to your form:

Here is a sample form that I made with more than 6 images you will be able to select only 6 images, take a look here: https://form.jotform.com/61048440884963.

Also, this guide will help you if you want to clone the sample form:
