I need to be able to collect a client's cc information so that I can then use that information to run the card through another system. I do not wish to collect any money - I am literally the go-between. How can I do that with jotform??

I'm afraid that JotForm cannot be used for collecting credit card information, as that is considered a phishing activity and your account and forms would get automatically suspended. Please take a look at our terms of use:

    https://www.jotform.com/terms/

We do not allow any collection of credit cards by our form users, you can only receive payments by using one of our supported, PCI DSS compliant, payment processors:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

In that way, credit card information would only be collected and stored by the supported payment processor, which would allow you to receive payments from your submitters but not to see/further use that credit card information.

This is because JotForm, just as all online form builders, have been used in the past to steal credit card information. We go through great lengths to prevent this, and we have both automated tools as well as form reviewers team that go through the forms and make sure that our forms are not used for any phishing activities or for collection of CC information in a non PCI DSS compliant way.
