Hey, I created a form about a month or so back and disabled the feature that would automatically hide empty rows in emails, so then it wont try to automatically format it.

I can't seem to find the option to disable this anymore as I want my emails to be in my own format.

    Thanks

We are currently in the process of upgrading our Preferences interface, where the old option to disable/enable automatic hiding of empty fields used to be. If you need to disable the option of hiding empty fields from emails, you will currently have to load our old interface to access the option.

When you are editing a form inside the Form Builder, simply append &old at the end of the URL to access the old interface:

    https://www.jotform.com/index.php?formID=60818063320852&old

Then, you will be able to find the option under Preferences, Advanced Settings, Hide Empty Fields on Emails:

When you are done making the change over our old interface, Save your form, and then please use the &test parameter at the end of the URL to start loading our new interface:
