Hey Jotform Family,
I created a Save and Continue form for a client in her account. In this form, her customers are to upload files to the form. However, when I tested the form to see if my info was saved, through the link, all of the forms that were uploaded disappear. How can I prevent the files from disappearing and remaining in the form with all of the other saved info?

If I understand correctly, the uploaded files do not appear in the form when you click the link to continue? I checked your form and I cannot seem to replicate the issue. I was able to see the uploaded files when I clicked the link in the email I received.
I also made a test form to try and replicate the issue, but I was still able to see the uploaded file when I opened the form through the link. Here's the link to that test form: https://email@example.com
Please note that you will have to click the Next button so that the data from the previous page will be saved.

It still has not been resolved on my end. What do you think could be causing this? My client tried it as well and ran into the same issue as I did. I'm not not talking about just hitting the back button while still completing the form. I'm speaking about totally exiting the form altogether to come back in and pick up where I left off. All of the other data is still there except the uploads.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Can you please follow this link and see if you are able to see the uploaded file?
I cloned your form and done further tests on the clone, but I am still unable to replicate the issue there. The uploaded files are still visible when I closed the browser, opened it again then came back to the form. I also checked on another device and I was able to see the file.
Perhaps clearing the form cache as well as the browser cache can help?
