Not able to access old interface by changing the URL parameter.

Also, I realize there is a new interface which I cannot access even by changing the url parameters.

This, we can leave for another thread.

The new interface is implemented part by part by our developers. You have noticed that the change is not drastic, you'll sometimes see that the interface wizards like "Emails", "Preferences" and "Payment" shows differently but has almost the same function. However, new interfaces may sometimes have a bug so it is not fully implemented to all users and we are continuously testing it. You can access old interface by adding this to the URL &old. Make sure that the URL has a "?" on it.

Example, you can visit this link and log in your account: www.jotform.com/?&old 

That should give you the old interfaces. However, instead of navigating back to the old interface, we recommend that you stick on the interface that you are seeing, if there are any problems or missing features, let us know and we will inform our developers about it.
