I must complete patient update forms at the end of each day. Tonight I submitted one form that was successful and came to my email. The second form resulted in the following notice:Temporarily UnavailableWe are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.I waited, but nothing happened, so I had to manually redo the form for submissiion. Following the third submission again I received the following notice:Temporarily UnavailableWe are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.Once again, I find myself having to recreate the detailed document for submission.This problem needs to be fixed! If there is some "temporarily unavailable" status, once it becomes available my submission should automatically go forward instead of disappearing so I must resubmit.Why should my submission disappear altogether?Jack Booth

First of all, please accept my apologies about the inconvenience you experienced. Recently, we have a high traffic on our servers because of the maintenance progresses, that's why you were experiencing the error you have shared. However, you can be sure that it won't happen again. If you check it from your side again, the issue is fixed right now.
