    Asked by tutuprat on April 15, 2016 at 04:04 AM

    Hi guys, I'm creating a landing page where I included a form.

    the problem is that when i click submit, the form take me to a new page where i have to type the code in order to finish the submission.

    How can I get rid of this step? This doesn't work for me.

    thanks!

    Hi there,

    This issue probably causing from the embed method you used. Currently, you are using the source code to embed your form, this may lead to a conflict between jquery lines, so this triggers the captcha spam protection.

    In this circumstances, I suggest you to use the iFrame embed code. In addition, you don't need to take the whole structure of embed code, the content between <iframe>...</iframe> tags is enough to embed your form. (Following code is just an example, don't embed that one.)

        <iframe

          id="JotFormIFrame"

          onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"

          allowtransparency="true"

          src="https://form.jotform.com/53341292355958"

          frameborder="0"

          style="width:100%;

          height:800px;

          border:none;"

          scrolling="no">

        </iframe>

    Please, try this method, it will overcome the script conflicts and please don't forget to let us know the results.

    Thanks.

    Alternatively, if you don't want to change the whole code on your webpage, you can try to add the following script to overcome the conflicts on your webpage.

    Please, see it from the below:

    <script>jQuery.noConflict();</script>

    If this one won't work, changing the embed code will become only choice for you.

    Regards.

    Thank you very much,
    I have an issue with this though.
    It kind of work on desktop, the validation code disappeared but the transparency of the background os not showing.
    But the real problem is that the form is not showing completely on mobile version, the layout of the fields is not working either (I set some fields on 2 columns).
    I’m creating the landing page on clickfunnels so I don’t have total control of the entire web code.
    Do you know what else can I do to make the form look and work as I designed?
    Cheers

    I test submitted the source code embedded form on your website and I can see that the problem still exist.

    upon submission, there is still a prompt for captcha validation

    as mentioned already by my colleagues, the caused was the source code embed of the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/61011532075947 .

    If you will test submit using the direct URL of the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/61011532075947 it doesn't have this issue.

    To solve this, you will need to re-embed again the form using its source code again.

    Steps:

    #1 Get the source code embed code of your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/61011532075947

    User guide: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

    #2 In your website, make sure to clean/clear any previous existing script source code of the form.

    #3 Add the form to the website using its source code.

    #4 Save the website page.

    You can test submit the form again to check if issue is fixed.

    Let us know if issue persist even after doing this.

    Thanks.

    Hi Thanks,
    I mentioned before that I’m using clickfunnels for the creation of the landing page and I have put in the source code many times and the problem persists.
    I also mentioned that the form is not showing properly when i embed the code as iframe.

    Please do note that the problem is happening because the scripts in both your website and of the form's full source are conflicting. If you would like to resolve the problem of the captcha showing after clicking the submit button, you'll need to use the iFrame embed code. The problem is not evident if you use the form using its direct link AND if you paste the full source code on a clean HTML file. This means the problem is caused by conflicting scripts in Clickfunnels.

    The only way to avoid the problem is to use the iFrame embed code. Now if you are worried about the appearance or layout of the form using the iFrame embed code, then we will try to resolve it on a different thread, I see you already have one on this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/820614.

    Again, the problem is not directly related to the form's full source code, but because of the conflicting scripts of your website to the form's resources.
