    I'm trying to turn off the encryption too but the form is still encrypted.

    I cloned your form and I can see that the encryption has been turned off. However, the lock icon beside the submit button still appears.

     

    I sent a test submission to see if the data was encrypted. It appears that the form encryption is already turned off, since the submission data I sent is not encrypted.

    It only looks like the form is still encrypted because the green lock icon still appears beside the submit button.

    To resolve this issue, I would suggest deleting the old Submit button and then add a new one.

    Go to Form Tools > Submit
