JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
I cloned your form and I can see that the encryption has been turned off. However, the lock icon beside the submit button still appears.
I sent a test submission to see if the data was encrypted. It appears that the form encryption is already turned off, since the submission data I sent is not encrypted.
It only looks like the form is still encrypted because the green lock icon still appears beside the submit button.
To resolve this issue, I would suggest deleting the old Submit button and then add a new one.
Go to Form Tools > Submit
