How is the submissions being counted?

are max submissions for 1 x form or if I HAVE 2 forms are they spread between them?

I believe you are asking how the submissions are being counted. The submissions counter is based on the total submissions from all of your forms. It is only on 1 form but all the forms on your account. 

So if you have 5 forms and each of them has 20 submissions, then you will reach the limit of monthly submissions of 100 for the free plan
