I have filled out the form to change my password and I am not getting it in my email.

You are not getting the email message because your email address is in the bounce list. The reason why it is in the bounce list is because your mailbox is full.
I have now removed your email from the bounce list. Please clear up some space on your mailbox and then try to request for a password reset again.

Your email address is no longer in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I saw that the password reset email was sent. I requested for a password reset again and verified that the email was sent. Here's a screenshot:
By the way, I can see that you are already logged in to your account when you replied on this thread.
Please check your spam or junk folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
