I have cloned the form and made some edits to the options of the radio button on the form you have mentioned and I was able to edit it successfully.
Here's the clone version of the form I have used for testing.
May we know the specific changes you are trying to apply to the options, please?
Or, if you would allow us, we can try to change the options on your form directly.

The change is to the second item on the radio button list. The two attachments show the problem.

Unfortunately if you send attachments they will not be shown on forum. The only way to add the screenshot is to come to the thread directly and then upload the image to it.

If I understood your issue correctly you are applying a change to "Whole day training at Into The Woods - date TBC" option, but it does not "stick" after saving the form.
The screenshots will however allow us to see what kind of the change is applied and what happens and once we see we will be happy to assist in resolving the same.

This problem is occurring again with another form (https://form.jotformeu.com/61104477990358). See these 4 screenshots of a form which show the edit version (first 2 images) has a logo and updated checklists that are not showing on the live form (next 2). I've emptied the browser cache, tried cloning the form, tried on another browser. Didn't help, live form wouldn't update. If last time's anything to go by, it will update eventually, but it takes a long time. Can you tell me how to avoid this happening? Steve

I have cloned your form and without me changing anything first, it appears that the changes you mentioned above are in the forms automatically.
