    Never mind

Solved this with conditions based on a drop down for different show/hidden and what email gets sent at based on which drop down is  selected

Glad to hear you were able to get this figured out.  In case anyone else comes across this issue, here is our guide on sending email notifications to different addresses based on selections made in the form:

What I did still sends the notified email as well as the one I sent conditions for. is there a way to send only the new email that I set conditions for?

Based on what you have mentioned you have 2 email notifiers because an email template will only be sent once to the email set.

If you get it 2 times, it can only happen if you have added the same email two times (not as likely) or if you have 2 email notifiers (one conditional and another that is not, or both conditional).

To add to it, the non conditional email are sent all the time, while the conditional ones are only if the conditions are met.
