Incorrect Account Charge

    Hello, 

     

    I downgraded our jotform to the starter form to be effective as of April 9 before we were billed for another month's usage, however, I see my credit card (thru paypal) has been charged for the month.

    I ask you to reverse the charge to the account due to the above.
