Some email address do not receive email notifications

Hi, 

We have a problem. Some people don't receive the copy of forms.

I put my email(caroline.vieira@ocq.com.br)  and i received but for example the email (paula.arcanjo@vettaquimica.com.br) don't.

Can you help us?

The email address 'paula.arcanjo@vettaquimica.com.br' was in bounce list. If you go ahead and test it you should receive notifications as it has been removed from bounce list.
