    How do I change the title of the submission form when it's sent to my google drive?

    When the forms are submitted and it's integrated into my google drive as a PDF, I would like the name of the document to be the same name as one of the fields in the form. How do I make that happen

    When you are setting you Google Drive integration, you have possibility to crate folder and sub folder in which submissions will be send. Sub folder can be named like fields from your form. Simply select field, you would like to be shown as name of you PDF report. Value that is entered inside of that field will be shown as name of the document.
