Multipage form not working properly after embeding in MuseAsked by homesurveygb on April 15, 2016 at 12:16 PM
Hi all. Issue with new Internet Explorer.
I have created a multi page form however I have come into an issue.
I have embedded this form into Adobe Muse.
When I open the initial page at http://www.homesurvey.co.uk/instant-quote.html it shows the whole template around.
When I click next to fill out the following page form the template, doesn't show at all.
Are you able to help.
I took a look at your form Rich and I see that the same (https://form.jotformeu.com/form/61042621997357) is embedded using the js embed code. This code can be affected by conflicts on the page, which is what you are experiencing.
What I would suggest is to replace the same with the iframe embed code. This will protect your form code from the conflicts and make it work properly.
You can get it by following these steps: How to get the jotform iFrame Code
Do let us know how it goes.
