How to enable multiple submissions?

    I have inspected your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/52047268577363 and I saw that you have set form limits based on a Unique Question. This means that form can not be submitted with previously entered value.

    If you want to allow your users to submit your form multiple times with same value, then set Unique Question to No Check.
