How to align the submit button inline with other form fields?

I'm using the Horizontal Flat theme.  I added a Header and now the button is not on the same line with the Name and Email line.  I want it all on one line.  How do I add vertical space so the button is on the same line?

If I'm correct, you're talking about this form http://www.jotform.us/form/61038246740149 which I have checked and the submit button is not displaying currently inline with the other fields in the form, this is how it looks.
