Is there a way to have multiple product options? Or even assign details to a line item?

I am attaching a picture of what i would like to accomplish. Basically let there be line items and people add details to that line item

Another possible way is to recreate each line using our plain form fields like the text box and drop down field, then position them on each line to have a row-like effect. Here's a guide about positioning form fields: https://www.jotform.com/help/328-How-to-Position-Fields-in-JotForm
