Not receiving password reset

    We are attempting to reset the password on one of our accounts  under this email:

    customercare@titleforward.com 

    Can you confirm that those resets are going out? It is possible that another email address is in use on that account? If so, can you confirm where those resets are going?

    I have checked email address you provided and that email address is in bounce list. Because of that you did not received email when you requested password reset. Our system gave following result:

    customercare@titleforward.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering.

    I have now removed it from our bounce list.

    Please make another password reset request. 

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.
