    We've imported a fillable PDF in the import tool but we have yet to receive the form

    I submitted a PDF for last week to be uploaded.  Is there an word on when this will be available?

    I'm not sure about your question, I have checked your account and found one form, but I can not see that it is related to uploads of something similar. 

    I read that you say you submitted a PDF las week to be uploaded, but I'm not sure if you sent that file to our email or where did you submit it. 

    Please, provide us a bit more about what are you looking for and we will be glad to help you.

    I'm still unable to find where did you send the file, I have checked our email inbox again and there is nothing. 

    It seems like this is related to an email or a thread, if so please provide us the thread link and we will check it, if you sent this via email, please send it to us again to this email address support@jotoform.com and include in the subject line this thread ID which is 819792.

    I sent it through the Adobe Upload Link that was given to me. If that is not the how you upload than please let me know the proper procedure. I have attached the form to see if it is possible to upload.

    Did you mean this link https://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/? Please note that the process may take days so I would suggest waiting. If nothing will appear, then I think this tool is not working anymore. Let us know if you'll see nothing so we can check this with our developers.

    For the meantime, share with us the PDF file and let's see if what we can do about it. Or, you may consider creating it manually in the form builder. This support forum cannot accept an email attachment so please send it support@jotform.com instead. Please don't forget to mention this thread in the email.

    By the way, I forgot to tell you that the tool will only provide you the same PDF format, not an online form. If you need an online version of the form, you'll have to create it manually in the form builder.

    I originally sent the form on April 6 or 7th. Would it still be uploading for that long or does that mean it will not work?

    As my colleague said above, it may be that the tool is not working anymore  and you will need to create your form in the Form Builder, these guides will help you to create your form:

    If you have  questions when making your form then you may let us know, we will be glad to help you with that.

    Unfortunately this is a pre-designed form and cannot be re-formatted or changed.
    I just tried to upload it from a URL and I get the error No form found on the page. Please check the URL you have entered.
    When the form is listed on our website.
    If there is no way to upload our form the way it is set, then we will unfortunately not be able to use your system.

    Do note that the PDF form that you are trying to import must be an Adobe FormsCentral fillable PDF form in order to import it successfully, otherwise it should give an error when trying to import it. 

    If this is the case and you are still not able to import your form, please send us the file via email, here is our email address: support@jotform.com

    We will test it on our end.

    Here is the form again. And no the form that we upload is not an adobe FormsCentral PDF because it is changed every season. We did upload it into Adobe each season without any issue.
    Please let me know if this is a possibility to create this form in your system. If it is not, I do not want to go back and forth when your platform with not do what we need.

    Thank you kindly for the additional information about your issue but unfortunately we seem to have not received your form.

    If you are sending it to us via email in a response to here then we do apologize but that would not work because our forum doesn't recognize those type of attachments.

    It is much better to return to your thread here and link it or alternatively just email us an attached copy of your form referenced to this thread so we can take a look at this problem better.
