Google Spreadsheet: Data is not being sent from the form submissions to the spreadsheet.

I created a form and linked it to google spreadsheets.  I can see the spreadsheet on my google account being created, however no data has been received at the google spreadsheets from the users filling the form.

I have checked your form and  the integration looks fine, I noticed that the form does not have any submission, I checked the Form Analytics tool and selected all the time as time frame and there were no submission on your form.

Please try submitting your form and check the spreadsheet, it should be updated automatically, also if you find an issue about the form not sending the data to the spreadsheet, please re-integrate your form it should allow you to get a fresh integration between your form and Google Spreadsheet and you should receive the data.
