    Hello,

If you're referring to not receiving your email alerts, can you please check your junk mail folder for the possibility that the emails have landed there? I have checked our logs and there are no records of email delivery failures going to your email address.

If this is not what you mean or if you have further questions or concerns, please do let us know.

    Thanks.

Thank you! It did not land in my junk email and I am having my IT team look into seeing if it is part of an issue on our end.

Please check spam and trash folders as well. Also please let us know if your IT team found an issue on your end.

If in case this might help:

If you're using an email client such as Eudora or MS Outlook and it's not in your junk mail folder there, you can try opening your webmail and then look into the junk mail folder there instead. The logic behind this is because most email client software only download emails landing on the inbox. Therefore the emails landing in spam/junk mail folder on webmail will seem to have been lost since it was not downloaded.
