I am trying to get the terms and conditions to send with the emails upon submission. How can I make that happen?Page URL:

You can just paste the text of the terms and conditions in the email notification message. Please follow the steps below:
1. Click the "Emails" button in the top toolbar.
2. Select the notification and then click the "Edit" button.
3. In the email editor, you can just paste the contents of the terms here.
