Duplicated email

Every time an email is sent, it arrives twice. Most times the time on both is the same, sometimes several minutes later.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the form but to no avail - it's still doing it. The form is on a responsive website with widescreen, tablet and mobile versions and I have inserted the form on the widescreen version and then copied it to the other two variants. However, submission is only ever from one of these at any one time.  There is definitely no double-clicking of the submit button.

Please can you advise how to resolve this - it's driving me to distraction!

    Thanks

    Paul

It looks like you are actually getting duplicate submissions, that's why you receive two notifications, please check this guide to setup unique submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

This is definitely not a case of duplicate submissions – I have tested
the form and one single click results in two emails.
I don’t want to overcome this problem by treating it as if it was a case
of duplicate submission because I don’t want to put cookies on my
    customers computers.  Can you help?

Than you for the update. I have just cloned your form and was not able to replicate the issue. I also submitted a test form on your site and noticed that you received only one submission.

I also noticed that you did get duplicated submission data, but when reviewing a bit more I noticed that they vary a couple of second. Is it possible that users accidentally refreshed the screen or press the back button on the browser. This could also create duplicated threads.
