Why my account is disabled again?

    Sorry to bother you again but my account is not letting me access forms. I have attached the same screenshot so you can see.  On this form it still says apple id. because they have to use the email associated with their apple id to be in our beta testing.  I thought once your corrected your monitoring system I could use the words "apple id". If that is not possible please let me know and I will have to just hope they figure that out.  Most do.

    I checked your account and forms, they were auto suspended because of our anti-phishing system.

    I whitelisted those forms so you shouldn't have problems with them in future.

    I also activated your account.
