People can enclose a picture of max 1 MB to our form: https://eu.jotform.com//?formID=60033122741339
Adress for 3 of the pictures:

It wors Ok in the beginning, but after a while, we get this message:
Is the anything I can do about this, to get it to wor properly?

You have reached your bandwidth limit. Please note that there is a number of times you can download files stored in the account:
Small files - less than 10 MB = 100 views
Large files - More than 10 MB = 10 views.
I have reset the counter for those files, you can download now. Note that this can be done only once per account's lifetime.
There are alternatives to save the files in the cloud, I would suggest you using any of our File Sharing and Storage apps.
