Change submission data for a dropdown field in the form

Hi there!  I'm hoping someone could let me know if it's possible to change the code that's interpreted in my submission file based on the information selected from a drop-down field.  Here's an example:  I have elementary grades listed on my drop-down menu such as "1st", "2nd", "3rd", etc.  I'm wondering if there's a way for the information that appears in my file be listed as "1", "2", "3", etc.

I import the .csv file from JotForm into a different database in order to run update queries, and the data has to match in both fields.  If I was able to change the information that's translated into the submission file, it would save me time in changing the data after I import it into my database.

I'm not sure if I explained this question correctly, but hopefully it made sense.

    Thanks for your time!!

    ~Amy~

I understand that that you want to change the submission data for a dropdown field in your JotForm. Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit multiple submissions of a form at a time. As a workaround, you may download the submission data to Excel to edit the data. Once you are done with the changes, you may import the modified excel sheet to the form submission data by using our Import Data app.

You may need to change the columns in the modified Excel sheet as per the format/sample provided by the Import Data app. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with importing the submission data to JotForm.

Hope this information helps! If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

Thanks for your prompt reply! Just knowing that it's not currently an option is helpful. :)
Hope you have a great day!
