Account not upgraded while my PayPal was charged

    You guys already charged to my credit card last week. (Paypal )

    I have same problem with last year. 

    You can not found my payment. 

    Please let me know asap

    I see that your account is now holding Free subscription plan and since you have received more than 30 payments for the current month, it is now tagged as over limit.  As I check our records, I see that the payment through PayPal which was made last year was not linked to your properly and hence the account was upgraded manually with reference to the thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/549822.

    Unfortunately, I am not able to find the account renewal information with the subscription S-5WK11662T93544458 from our records. Could you provide us with your PayPal email address and the receipt number so that we can our records? 

    Since your account is not linked with the payment, once we found the payment information of your last charge to renew the account subscription, we can cancel the subscription and refund the same. You can then upgrade your account again using the same subscription plan so that it is not required to follow-up for each renewal of your account. 

    Please get back to us with the PayPal email address and the date of recent charge along with the receipt/subscription number so that we'll try to locate the payment.

    We will wait for your response. Thank you!

    Unfortunately, the files attached to the email cannot be posted in the forum thread. I'm not able to find any records with the provided reference from our records. Let me forward the issue to our manager so that it can be checked in PayPal directly. We'll get back to you on this as soon as we have useful information in this regard.

    It seems that you have upgraded your account now with Bronze yearly subscription. This subscription is properly linked with your account and shouldn't be having any issues.

    I just upgrade my account with new payment.
    I do not want to interrupe my account.
    Please made refund to my account ($90.00), charged on 04-10-2016.
    Please open attached upgrade receipt ($159.00) made on 04-17-2016 and last
    charged ($90.00) on 04-10-2016.
    Please let me know .

    We have canceled this subscription, you should see a refund withing 3-5 business days.

    It's been 5 days now after canceled S-5WK11662T93544458

    still not refund to my account.

    Usually paypal show up credit right away when made refund 

    Please make sure and let me know asap...

    Please be noted that cancelling a subscription is different from refunding the amount. The refunds will be processed manually. The process of refund may also be delayed due to the weekend.

    Also, if you have paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your card. If you have paid with your bank or PayPal account balance, the money is refunded to your PayPal account. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up longer depending on the card company involved.

    We appreciate your patience and you should be seeing the refund soon. If you still do not receive the refund after 2 or 3 days, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again for you.
