Is there anyway to style the pdf form?

    Is there anyway to style the pdf form to replicate the actual form?

    You can edit the PDF submission report by using the Customize PDF option from the Submissions view. 

    Click on the Get PDF icon and then click on Customize PDF to open the PDF submission report editor. It may not be possible to replicate the exact form view, but you can change the view of the PDF report.
