    You account is now re-activated, your form should be working fine by now.

    However, we consider taking the following action to avoid this from happening again.

    Your account was auto-suspended by our phishing filter because you have a form that asked credit card fields using regular textbox fields . This violates our terms of use. Please take note that this is prohibited. We do not allow asking sensitive information manually like credit cards. We highly suggest deleting the credit card fields in your form to avoid account suspension.

    In light of this, it is a must to take any of the following options:

    1. Integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.  

    Dwolla Integration, is in particular a great choice for USA based business, it offers to accept payments with no fee per transaction.

    2. You can take advantage of a feature inside of most of our payment integrations called "Authorization Only" which allows you to collect payments manually at a later time. Here is a more detailed guide on how to do this:
