    Hello viktor,

No you do not need to have a paid account to change the file size of your upload question. This feature is also available in free account too.

Please be noted that as far as features are concerned, there is no difference between paid & free account. The only difference is the submission and upload limits that you can receive.

I tested this issue in my account and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to change the "Max File Size" successfully. When I reloaded the form in editor, the changes was saved. After changing the file size, did you save the form? Please save the form one and see if you are still able to replicate the issue.

I am unable to check your form. What is your Jotform account username or the email address used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address  viktora66@yahoo.com.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
