I used your "Photo Upload Form" on our website: http://www.hummingbird-guide.com/hummingbird-photo-gallery.html#photography-gallery-submission-form, which seems to be working fine.

I also included the form in an app that I built but when you click the "Browse" button to upload a photo, nothing happens. I tried this on my own smartphone with no luck.

    Thanks,

When you say you have included the form in app, did you mean you have embedded it in an Android or iOS app? If that is the case, could you please provide us the link to the app so that we can test it? Is the app created on a framework like Phonegap or similar ones? It is possible that your app or the platform where you have embedded the form is blocking some of the resources like like JS scripts. You can debug your app and see if there are errors in the console, it should give you some if uploading files fails on the app itself.

Perhaps you can try re-embedding the form in your app using the iFrame embed code. Here's how to get it: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Make sure though that the app is still not blocking the form's resources.

    We'll wait for your response.

I used Appmakr to build the app and I found out that they don’t support javascript. I tried the iframe route but it only showed the part of the form with the info fields such as name, address etc and the Browse/Choose File to upload photos did not show up, I assume because that part is javascript.

    Thanks

    Hello HummingbirdGuide,

Unless we see your app we will not be able to figure out the issue. Can you please share instructions on how we can check your mobile app?

When you say "it only showed the part of the form", it seems your form is not mobile responsive. I would suggest you the following steps:

#1. Embed your form using its iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

#2. Make your form mobile responsive:  https://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-Make-Forms-Mobile-Responsive

Do try out and get back to us if the issue persists. Apart form sharing the info on how to check your mobile app, you may also like to share a screenshot of your form on how it appears in mobile app. The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
