My form is not working when submitted. It shows error message "Form currently unavailable".

    It appears that your form has a submission limit set to 3 submissions. This means that if the submission exceeds the limit of 3, the form cannot be submitted and you will get an error message.

    To resolve the issue, go to Preferences > Form Limits > Then change the submission limit to 0.

    This should remove the submission limit, so your users can make their submissions properly.
