How can we bookmark a favorite post in the Support Forum?

I see that I can do this using browser bookmarks, and I'll do that, but I also would love to see the addition of a Favorites function here on the support forum.  Sometimes an answer is just what I'll need next week or next month, and I'd love to be able to mark it here somehow so I can easily find it again.

You must be referring to a 'sticky post' which was commonly used on some other forum website.

We actually have the same implementation wherein you can see stickied post that were relevant to topic/solution being searched.

If you go to the User Guides page https://www.jotform.com/help/ and do a search for solution, the query result will give you related articles and as well as relate forum post (like its bookmarked)

    Example:

    Do a search for 'lightbox'

    a result:

How can we bookmark a favorite post in the Support Forum? Image 2 Screenshot 41

Hope this help. Let us know how it goes for you.

I agree.  Search is great, and I'm glad that it is available.

But the ability to mark something and add it to a list of favorites is also very useful.

Just an upgrade request  --  not a complaint.

I would just like to mention that my colleague has raised this to our developers and that it has already been assigned, but we can not give any specific timeframe when the same would be available.

I do agree that it would be a nice feature and that I am currently using bookmark folders to sort all different kinds of links similar to what Randy does :)

If and as soon as it is available, we will notify you about it through this thread.
