i am using jotform on my website
my site designr set up the account and has left it to me to take care of. When I ask for a new password for the account aquadice_mm I don't get an answer on my email accounts which are:

The email address associated with the mentioned username is email@example.com, the email on how to reset the password was sent to this address. Have you checked the spam or bulk folders of your email?
