After I added a file upload to my secure form... it all went to sh***Asked by florencecell on March 06, 2012 at 04:13 AM
OK, so i added a file upload to my secure form. Now for some reason each time someone clicks the submit button a box comes up saying that the information is about to be sent across and unsecure network..
for some reason the address of the form keeps changing to jotform.co im not sure if that matters, but im not sure what to do..
I see you are embedding full form source code, can you please try re-embedding it and ensure the 'secure' checkbox is checked in the relevant pane?
I see non-secure sources included in the forms files.
I resolved the issue. even after deleting all the source and adding it again, the form address changed to .co I manually changed it to https://secure.jotform.com and now we are all good!
Thanks for the super fast reply!
I'm glad that you manage to resolve the issue on your own.
Thank you for using JotForm!
