I am trying to upgrade to the paid because I have more submissions that are coming this month and I can not remember my password. I have tried to request my password several times by entering my forgot password and it still hasnt sent me a way to reset my password

Thank you for contacting us. I have just reviewed your account and noticed that the form, Trek 2016, was created using a guest account. This means that you currently do not have an account with us. As soon as you create an account (paid or free) using your email, your form will automatically be placed in that account.
