I have been using jot form for years and have never had an issue getting emails when people complete a form until about 2 weeks ago....even though my information has not changed, for some reason, I am not getting notification emails. Please advise

I've checked your email address in our bounce list and it is not listed there. Also, I have checked the email history log of your account and didn't see any failed emails in your account.
Please check if the emails are landed in the spam/junk folder. Also, please whitelist JotForm emails and IP addresses to your email server. We also request you to take a look at the guide below that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues:
