When I make a form change it appears in preview, however it is not updating when I view it on online or embed it.
This is the first time I have had this problem.

Alan, We understand that you appear to be having an issue with viewing the updated changes on your form.
Can you please provide us with the link or the name of your jotform that you are experiencing this problem on?
Please also tell us which changes you made to the form that are not appearing as the update so that we can investigate it.

The same thing is happening to our forms, we change the prices in the forms and they do not change on our website.

The form previews correctly, but when looked at online none of the
changes that I have made are there -
