Disconnect between edited form and the two previews

I have recently changed a form and saved it.  The information is correct in the saved, "Edit Form" screen. When I go preview, it is correct in the page that shows up, but reverts back to a formed saved edition when I select "Open in Another Window". Why is the saved form not being updated?

This issue should be fixed now. Can you also test it on your side? Please, let us know the result if the issue still persists.
