Hi I would like to make a function or likewise enable a feature that makes it possible to sent out our T&C'S automatically to an email adress in the form. eg. Contact email. The email should be sent out after submitting the form.
Can you help me with this?

    Hello,

JotForm has already this functionality so you will not need extra work for that. Autoresponder Notification will let you send notification to any email address passed to your form.

You simply need to create Autoresponder Email, and choose the email field on the form you want the notification to be set with.

More about Email Notification from this guides:

Thanks, but I need it to sent off our T&Cs as well. Either as a link or a embedded PDF file.

Autoresponder is highly customizable. You can have your terms embedded in the email template or you can add a link of the PDF file.

To do that, just create an autoresponder or edit it (if you already have one) then edit the email message or paste the downloadable PDF URL.
