Unable to open form - Error: Form not found

    Anytime I try and open one of my forms, I get a message reading:

    Form not found

     

    This form has been deleted by the owner.
    Try contacting the owner of this form.

    I checked this form (https://www.jotform.com/61084289039966) and you are right, I'm getting the same error message. I checked your account and based on the history, it shows you deleted the form.

    It should still be in the Trash Folder where you can restore the form if you haven't deleted it yet. Here's a guide if you need one: How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms
