If you are referring to turning off the notification so that you will not receive an email when new submission comes in, then you just need to delete the notifier. Here's a guide:
User interface 1: Click the "Emails" button and then hover your mouse on the notification. After that, click the red X in order to remove it.
User interface 2: Click the "Emails" button in the top toolbar. You'll see the Email Wizard pops up, just highlight the notification and then click the "Delete" button.
