    Hello Jotformers,

First of all I love this wonderful enviroment you've created, forms are easy to be done and mantained. I have a question:

I have 180 free submissions, I dont have a Professional paid plan as of yet, just using Jotform to some experimentations.

I see in the account I can get 10 free submissions by referring a friend. I did refer a friend and nothing happened. I think it's not working. Or you no longer give 10 submissions for referrers? :)

    Thank you!

Thank you for contacting us and your kind words.

I have just reviewed and noticed that you 180 submission as you indicated:

I am assuming that you 80 more submission from our getMore page. When you are referring another user, he requires to register first. As soon he is registered. you will be getting 10 extra submission.

If you do not get it, please let us know so we get review it and see how we may help. Please indicate the user you referred.

I think it's not working beacause I referred a friend, he told me he is already using Jotform and I was not credited.

Can you also try to invite another friend who is not using Jotform for getting extra 10 submissions?

If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.

Yes, I know this. My friend already signed up and his status as my referral keeps "waiting". I think your system is not counting it at all.

    Hello oabcaa,

That is correct. As the "Invite Status" says "waiting" that means the user did not click on the invite email to sign up for an account.

Please be noted that our system is designed to capture the user only when the invitation link is clicked which is received in email.

I would suggest you to invite some other user or same user with different email address and ask them to click on the invitation URL to sign up for free account.

    Thank you!
